Simply download and install word add-in, which is in the form of .exe file. After install it will be available as plug-in in MS-Word. Open MS-Word so there will be an option in main tab with name “1800” available. To use the option of 1800 click on the tap named with 1800.
Once you open the document, you can add variables in existing document.
To insert a new text variable like “Name” into the document, first put your cursor on the position in the document where the new field will be inserted and then click the “Insert variable” option on the Add In 1800’s ribbon tab:

This feature facilitates users to conveniently look up their preferred Cases.
