Gowebbaby scrutinized and placed the requirement of Pet world plus in to different milestones. In the first phase we did complete planning and documentation of their store. It includes the features and call to actions of the store. After few meetings with Pet world team we recommended them few key features for store and sitemap of their website.
Next was the design phase where we had a healthy discussion about their client base and products. Based on it we came up with 3 different layouts and various call to action options. Our main focus was to come up with an effective design which functions as an effective sales page. After few revisions the mock designed-was-approved and then we moved onto next phase.
Third phase was the implementation of design on Amazon webstore. We started with Amazon webstore setup and implementation of the design on it. We also integrated all the features we design in the mockup phase. Once the store was setup we work on managing the Amazon inventory and uploaded them successfully as per the Amazon guideline laid down for uploading the inventory.
Finally the last phase was the testing and launching of the website. This phase process went through the Quality analysis and testing team. They debug all the functionality issues from the store. We made sure all the functions which were discussed and planned was working perfectly. Once approved, Gowebbaby team trained the Pet world Staff how to manage all the content, products, orders from the Webstore dashboard.
